General

1. Guesthouse Khatib meant for MUSLIM ONLY.

2. Group bookings involve Muslim and multiple religion, either male group or female group are allowed for each stay.  

3. Alcohol and Non-Halal food and beverage are not allowed in our guesthouse.  

Nos of Pax

4. Maximum adults allowed are 10 

5. Maximum kids allowed are 10

Timing Occupancy

6. Check in time is 3 pm.

7. Check out time is 12 noon. Maximum timing for check out is 12.30noon 

8. Cleaner comes at 12.30noon daily (upon check-out) to start cleaning 

Movable of items

9. Strictly, all furnitures are non-removable.  

BBQ

10. We provide BBQ pit at the garden.  Use with caution at your own risk. Charcoal not provided.  

11. Throw all BBQ left over and food items into Garbage Bin provided. 

12. Wash all items at Garden Sink upon usage.

13. Leave BBQ utensils and equipment at BBQ Storage table.

Garden

14. Plants and Herbs garden are maintained on periodical.  Grass are cut on first week of each month by 3rd party contractor.

15. If you wish to purchase our plants and herbs, kindly snap the plant you purchased and transfer payment to our company account.

Management has rights to deny your entry should the rules not adhered.
